Friday April 25, 2008

Supper:  Deep Fried jumbo Gulf shrimp, American Fried Potatoes, tossed green salad, condiments, choice of drinks and Nutty Bars for desert .


Saturday April 26, 2008

Breakfast:  Fried breakfast Sausage, Eggs to Order, Buttered Biscuits, choice of jams, milk, coffee, fruit and vegetable juice

Lunch:  Hot Sausage Patties on French bread, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, condiments, Chips ‘n dips with choice of drinks

Supper:  Chicken & Andouille Gumbo served over rice with a side of Potato Salad, and choice of drink


Sunday April 27, 2008

Breakfast:  Fried Bacon, Eggs to Order, Toast bread, butter, choice of jams, milk, coffee, fruit juice and vegetable juice

 

Lunch:  Leftover Chicken & Andouille Gumbo and Tater Salad, choice of drinks and chips ‘n dip

 

Supper:  Black Iron Skillet cooked Ground sirloin Hamburger steaks, smothered in onions and gravy, served on a bed of buttered Toast, with a side of American Fries and a tossed green salad.


Monday April 28, 2008

1st. Official Day of the Harvest 

Breakfast:  Fried country sausage, Eggs to Order, cathead biscuits, hot doughnuts, butter, jams, coffee, milk, choice of juice

 

Lunch:  Ham Sandwiches, choice of leftovers in Fridge, chips ‘n dips, choice of sodas

 

Supper:  White beans on Rice with a side of Fried perch and French bread choice of drinks, Apple Pie for desert.


Tuesday April 29, 2008  

Breakfast:  Choice of bacon or sausage, Pancakes with butter & maple syrup, coffee, milk, choice of juices

 

Lunch:  Leftovers in fridge, cold cut sandwiches, chips ‘n dip choice of drinks

 

Supper:  Mr. C’s World Famous Venison Sauce Piquant’ over rice with choice of drinks


Wednesday April 30, 2008

(JUNK FOOD WEDNESDAY)

Breakfast:  Nutty Bars, Donuts, and fudge cakes, coffee, milk, choice of juices

 

Lunch:  Hot dogs and Chili, on bun with choice of toppings, condiments, drinks, chips n’ dips

 

Supper:  Bar- B- Q Hamburgers on sesame seed buns, with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and choice of condiments, chips ‘n dip


Thursday May 1, 2008

(Heritage Night)

Breakfast:  Bacon and Eggs to order, toast, butter, and jams, coffee, milk and choice of juice

 

Lunch:  Leftovers in fridge, ham sandwiches w/ garden garbage, chips n’ dips

 

Supper:  Fried Spam dipped in a special batter and covered with fish fry and served with a side of Pork n’ beans


Friday May 2, 2008

Breakfast:  Fried breakfast Sausage and waffles with maple syrup, coffee, milk, and choice of juice

 

Lunch:  Open Stove and Pit… fix what you want or eat out of the fridge

 

Supper:  Mr. C’s Hot Homemade Chili and Beans with plenty of crackers and butter, choice of drinks.


Saturday May 3, 2008 

Breakfast:  Bacon and eggs to order, Fresh fruit, biscuits and butter, with choice of jams, coffee, milk and juices

 

Lunch:  Leftovers from fridge, cold cut sandwiches, chips ‘n dips

 

Supper:  Little Brother David’s Special Meat Sauce and Spaghetti with Garlic Bread and a side of Potato Salad with a choice of drink  


Sunday May 4, 2008

(Official end of the Harvest)  

Breakfast:  Sausage and pancakes with butter and maple syrup. Coffee, milk, and choice of juice

 

Lunch:  Open grill, stove and fridge.

 

Supper:  Fend for yourself because I am not going to be there… unless someone brings me a 20something good-looking         

  female love interest… And then I still ain’t cooking nothing…
