This is a nice website. We need to expand the traffic. I often receive inquiries from groups wanting to know how to reach the Bayou Segnette Community and have directed them to this site.
Jefferson Parish has rec'd a grant to plant close to 4000 cypress trees along Bayou Segnette. This planting event will be later this fall or in early spring. I'll post specifics as soon as they are available. Camp owners can get trees for their yards too.
