I'm looking to rent a Cajun box AKA Chinese box  to roast a pig.  Does anyone know if these can be rented locally? Thank you.

Are you talking about a cajun microwave? I don't know anything about renting them but I have thought about building one.

That would work. My brother in law built one a couple of years ago. We built it out of stainless steel and has wheel. The problem is that its in Colorado and I don't want to make a trip with a trailer to pick it up. The one we built is similar to this one (see link) but without the fancy handles. We roast pigs for the holiday as a family tradition.

  Chinese box.
